Poor experience overall. Asian version of Etsy. I am trying to buy something from several sellers but I am from overseas. So I contacted them for shipping which I am willing to pay for. It has been at least two weeks now and I even follow up and messaged the sellers again. No response from them. I can't even use my welcome bonus points. I don't know if it is the just sellers that I encountered or if others experiencing the same as well being overseas. Truly disappointed.

The App is very hard to use in the payment interface, especially when you type in English. Whenever I try to edit the recipient address, it automatically replaces my input for payer info, which requires me to re-type the whole thing again. Products are fine, the UI/UX needs improvement.

There are many unique and authentic designed items sold here. Is very interesting to shop from this app. I bought few items already, all sellers are friendly and very helpful (some sellers are not from english-speaking country but they try their best to understand my needs and custom made my item) The app is easy to use, and I like the clear layout. The navigation is also very good, the item filter is very detail so I can find things I want easily. The recommendation is also very on-point.
